Complaints

If something has gone wrong, tell us first. Email info@companydebt.com, or write to Company Debt Ltd, Level 18, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR. We will acknowledge your complaint and tell you who is dealing with it.

If your complaint is about the conduct of a licensed insolvency practitioner, and our answer does not settle it, you can take it to the Insolvency Service’s Complaints Gateway. The Gateway passes the complaint to the practitioner’s authorising body. Ours are licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association and by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
